Road Trip!

We went to NM last week to see Camera before she left for Uganda as well as to see aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents. Cameron drove up on Tues. with Emily, who said he was great! The rest of us followed on Th. H and Christian were both really good. The way home wasn't as pleasant, but could have been worse.

Cameron is totally faking it here. They fight over who gets to sit by Chrisitian, so they take turns. That is why H is in the blue seat and C in the pink.

Cousins

My kids love their cousins: Darien, Annie, Ellie and Sarah. They all came for a visit several weeks ago and we went for a visit last week. The kids get along great (for the most part) and have so much fun when they are together. It's a little choatic to get 7 small children together, but it's worth it.

The Phoenix Zoo

Christian loves the game of take the pacifier away from Sarah. Notice how it doesn't even phase him to see how upset she gets.

He does always give it back.

He is so proud of himself.

Hannah's First Dance Recital

Natalie and Hannah before the start of the performance. Don't they look excited?

This could have been called a "Stand" recital because there was not a lot of dancing going on.

I've never thought H looked like me until this picture. I can totally see myself as a little girl here.

Christian at 14 months

Christian started walking shortly after he turned 13 months. He thought about it for a long time before he attempted it and it took him a couple weeks to get the hang of it, but he is a pro now. He loves to be outside, especially at the park. He is an adventurous little boy and keeps me on my toes. He still loves to be on my hip and if he can't be on my hip, he will hang onto my leg. He is absolutely adorable and we love him so much!

When we walk to get C at school, H will drag her fingers along the fence. One day, I saw Christian stick his chubby hand out to drag along the fence also. So, I had to take a picture.

This was just after a bath. He hates getting dressed and he'll make a break for it.
