Potty Trained???
I hate to say it for fear of jinxing myself. But...I think Cameron is potty trained. He has worn nothing but underwear for the last 41/2 days and we've only had one accident. I think the key for us was not pushing him too early, letting him take the lead and then just going with underwear, not pull ups or diapers when we went out. When he had a pull up or diaper on, I think he'd get confused because all he's every known is peeing and pooping in the diaper and now we are asking him to not do that. He's was obstipated (refusing to poop) for a long time before we finally started giving him laxatives on a daily basis, which we have done for almost 4 months, so I was really worried about the pooping on the potty, but he's done great. I almost feel like it's too good to be true. But he has never been one we can figure out.

Why does everyone's blog look better than mine?
Is is because I don't really know what I'm doing yet? Is it because I really haven't had enough time to spend on it? Is it because I have a 1 and 3 year old always helping? I don't know! But I want mine to look as good as everyone else's. I'm open to any suggestions anyone might have.

Business Time
A friend sent me the link to a video on YouTube called "Business Time". It is the funniest thing in the world! If you are married and have been for a couple years at least, you must watch this. Make sure the kids (especially older ones) are out of the room though! The link is under "Our favorite YouTube videos" on the right (which is still under construction).

Never a dull moment!
Chuck says that no one is going to read anything, just look at the pictures. So, I've posted a lot of pictures, but I'm still going to write a little about them.
Hannah:
She is our climber. She loves to climb in and out of everything on onto anything. But I think her favorite thing to climb is me. In the posted pictures, she was crawling in and out of C's fire truck. She is not walking, but is standing on her own and cruising around the house when she has something to push. It's been hard to get a picture of her standing because the camera is never close enough and although it is hard to tell, she was mad at me in the picture of her standing for walking away. Normally, she is so proud of herself when she stands she will just smile and giggle.
Cameron:
We are in the process of potty traning him. He wants to take the lead, so although I do suggest he go, I don't push him and wait for him to tell me he wants to. He likes for someone to be in the bathroom with him and if it's me, than H has to be there too. She also loves to put things on her head and in the picture, you might see it's C's underwear (Lightning McQueen of course).
I also posted a picture of them in their cute PJ's before we went for a run. They have been great running partners!

Our First Blog
I've never felt the need to follow the crowd, and I don't need one more thing on my "to do" list...however, here I am creating our family's blog. I do enjoying viewing my friend's and family's blogs when I have the time. They are a good way to keep updated. So, I am hoping that our friends and family will also enjoy viewing our blog. I will do this rather than sending monthly e-mails and pictures. But even if I am just doing this for myself, I can use it as our journal. So, technically, although I may be adding one more thing to my "to do" list, I am also taking away the journaling I do for the kids.
