2018 Highlights

In January, Christian turned 8, was baptized, became a Cub Scout and started taking piano lessons!

We also took a trip to Farmington, NM to visit aunts, uncles and cousins and say good-bye to my grandmother, Maxine Rhien, who died a few weeks after our visit.  She lived an amazing life that was richly blessed and we were excited for her to get to move onto the next stage of life.

In February, the kids competed in a Spartan Race (joined by our neighbor Jackson), Cameron played baseball for the middle school and I got to watch Chuck race (a rare occasion).

In March, Hannah and Christian got to go indoor skydiving and Cameron and Christian started playing Little League.  This was Christian's 1st year and Cameron's 2nd.

April was consumed by Little League practices and games.

May was a big month!  Both boys finished up the Little League Season with 2nd place finishes in their divisions.  And Cameron hit his first home run!  Chuck took Christian on a trip to California to stay on the Queen Mary.  Cameron turned 13 and Hannah turned 11,   Chuck and I also celebrated birthdays.  And Hannah finished the 5th grade.

In June, Hannah had her annual dance recital.  Hannah and Christian swam for the Dobson Dolphins and Cameron attended band camp at ASU.

In July, Cameron and Chuck went to Camp Geronimo.  I took the kids to Farmington to visit cousins, aunts and uncles.  And Chuck took the kids on their annual summer backpacking trip.

In August, Cameron started 8th grade, Hannah 6th grade and Christian 3rd grade.  And Cameron started tackle football.

In September, Chuck and I celebrated our 16th wedding anniversary,  Cameron made the soccer team and Hannah made the volleyball team.

In October, Chuck took Cameron and Hannah and a Californian adventure and I took Christian on a Hawaiian adventure.

In November, we ran the Turkey Trot.

In December, we celebrated the birth of Christ. Oh and Cameron's football team won the Championship!

We are so thankful for all of our many blessings!  Here's to 2019!
