Christmas 2020 wasn't too different than any other Christmas (except we did get Covid -19, see the Continuing with Covid-19 post for more on that). We continued with our tradition of getting together with the Hamblins and Hatches to make Gingerbread (actually graham cracker) houses. We hosted dinner at our house Christmas Eve because our neighborhood potluck didn't take place. (Do I even need to say due to Covid?) Charity came for a visit arriving on Christmas Day. We waited to open gifts until she got here. We had dinner that evening with everyone in town except Camera, who was down with Covid. It was fun to have Charity here for a few days. Hannah made sure she had plenty of presents to open and then sent her home with Covid. Although we didn't get out as much as we might have in a normal year, the reason and opportunity to celebrate Christmas did not change. We are so thankful for the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ. He is the light of the world. We know that he is our greatest source of strength and hope. We can endure all things with his help, even Covid-19!
